Nerd humor. Yuck yuck. :boo:

Going through my trade list, I came across :iconwh2007: 's request to make a Picard Piranha, which was a Plymouth Cuda knockoff for the videogame Interstate 76! I decided to put Chels back into the Cuda-like car, and added a few optional extras (it was a combat video game after all!)! Here's hoping this rendition and the desert homage to the game can please! :D

The Picard Piranha and Interstate 76 belong to their respective owners. The artwork belongs to me.

Comments and suggestions welcome. :) Enjoy!

Awesome! Muscle cars of the 60s and 70s were always my fave, so this was a blast! :) Thanks so much for the comment!

Never played that game, though I have played a similar one called Vigilante 8, great stuff.
Terrific work on this slick looking machine, the colour scheme fits with the desert backdrop perfectly, and Chelsea's certainly the best choice for driver too!

Funny enough I never played Interstate 76 BUT I did play Vigilante 8 (and its sequel!)! Those chaotic auto-deathmatch games were fun stuff as a kid! Either way, it was nice to come back to my childhood (in a way) for this homage. :D Thanks, Mark!

The burnt orange paint job goes well with the dusty desert dusk in the back. Boy, do I pity any Pinky's who happen to be around.

There won't be any around when this game's over, that's for sure! Thanks a lot for the comment and support, Derek! :D

This is amazing! You captured the style of 'Ranha perfectly, with all the little details like the 432 number on the rear fender. I love Chelsea's expression!

Thanks very much for your side of the trade. I'm starting to work on your picture on the weekend. I've already got everything planned. It will be something more realistic than my previous gifts for you, but I think you'll like it. It will probably take about 4-5 hours to finish, but I'll take a day off next week to finish it!

Excellent! I had fun trying to interpret this ride, as I hadn't tried a Cuda (or Cuda clone) in a while, and the details were fun to tackle! :D

As for your side, take all the time you need, pal! :) I know it'll be a great pic wither way! :highfive:
